The college years can be one of the most challenging and confusing times in life. The pressures of new responsibility, expectations from family and friends, and so many choices, choices, choices. Choices that oftentimes determine which path we will ultimately follow in the years ahead.
How do we choose the right path and get along in a world that demands so much from us? The "world" tells us to look at our own accomplishments and our own strengths for our purpose and self-worth. But what does Christ say? He says that when we fix our eyes on Jesus, we can keep all of our focus on who Jesus is and react to who He wants us to be. We were created to worship Him. And by living out our purpose in this way, we go beyond our potential.
Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), our goal here at vision is to glorify God in all of our actions by offering our bodies as a living sacrifice which is our spiritual act of worship (Romans 12:1).
